Seventy young girls kicked-off the 2008-2009 school year with a shopping spree at Target on August 23. The girls selected to participate were chosen based on their attendance and overall growth from the previous Honey Shine programming year and this summer’s Camp Honey Shine. Each girl received a $75 gift card for Target, courtesy of the Honey Shine Mentoring Program.
